The next sign reads: Smoking when drinking coffee. Take this cord and pull it out, unplugging it at both ends. You don't need this connection anymore because you just stopped smoking. You are completely smoke-free. You now lead a smoke-free life. You throw the cord in the bin with the other one, and you notice how good it feels to never smoke again while drinking coffee. Discovering your positive learning
Step 1: Select your limiting belief (in our example, it is that coffee tastes better with a cigarette).

Step 2: Ask your unconscious what was the root cause of that limiting belief and when the limiting decision started.

Step 3: Write down the time of the root cause event. What age were you or at what time in your past did you make the decision?

Step 4: Imagine you are floating over and above this event and the decision to accept the belief. Continue reading

We change our beliefs regularly. For example, when you were in high school you believed you were a high school student, then the day you left school that belief was no longer true so you changed it. The day you turned 18, you no longer had the belief that you were 17.

Our memories are stored in what can be described as a filing cabinet in the unconscious. Your unconscious mind stores and organises all your memories. Continue reading
