In Mississippi, there's no statewide smoking bans. The only smoking bans and law was the 2006 Clean Indoor Air Act, ban smoking inside any state or local government building (except designated areas in the state's veterans' homes) or inside any university or college classroom building.

- Floria - Banned in all enclosed workplaces, including all bars and restaurants.
- Greenwood - Banned in all enclosed workplaces, including all bars and restaurants.
- Grenada - Banned in all bars and restaurants, but not in all other enclosed workplaces.
- Hattiesburg - Banned in all enclosed workplaces, including all bars and restaurants.
- Hernando - Banned in all enclosed workplaces, including all bars and restaurants.
- Jackson - Banned in all enclosed workplaces, including all bars and restaurants.
- Kosciusko - Banned in all enclosed workplaces, including all bars and restaurants.
- Laurel - Banned in all enclosed workplaces, including all bars and restaurants.
- Mantachie - Banned in all enclosed workplaces, including all bars and restaurants.
- Mayersville - Banned in all enclosed workplaces, including all bars and restaurants.

- Tupelo - Banned in all enclosed workplaces, including all bars and restaurants.
Below are cities with smoking bans that do not include all bars and restaurants:
- Columbus - Banned in all enclosed workplaces, except bars and restaurants that do not admit or employ minors under 21 years old.
- Corinth - Banned in all city-owned facilities, enclosed workplaces, and some outdoor areas, by vote of the Board of Aldermen; does not include all bars.
- Gulfport - Banned in all enclosed workplaces, except bars and casinos.
- Picayune - Banned in all enclosed workplaces, including restaurants but exempting bars.
- Walls - Banned in all enclosed workplaces, including restaurants but exempting bars.
- West - Banned in all enclosed workplaces except bars and restaurants.
For some reasons, Lucedale was able to reject a ban on smoking in all enclosed workplaces.
