I've considered giving these a try but haven't yet. Are they worth bothering with? I would like to cut down my smoking.
If you are serious about cutting down on cigarettes, you should give it a try.
Reduce the nicotine level every mth till you hit zero nicotine. After that it’s your choice to continue smoking electronic cigarettes, or totally give it up.
But piece of advise, take it slowly and consistantly.
